Tasty Recipes using Pinahs Products

SWISS APPETIZERS

1/2 Pound Swiss Cheese* (shredded)
1 Small Onion (grated)
2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
2 7 oz. boxes Pinahs Crunchy Bread Chips (Original or Garlic)

Combine cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Spread on Pinahs Crunchy Bread Chips and place chips on a baking sheet. Place in oven under broiler until bubbly. Serve warm. *You may substitute any of your favorite cheeses or spreads.
 
 

 

  

       
 

SPINACH SPREAD DIP

1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, (cooked and drained)
8 oz. Water Chestnuts (chopped)
1 Pkg. Dried Leek Soup Mix OR
1 Pkg. Dried Cream of Vegetable Soup Mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 7 oz. boxes Pinahs Crunchy Bread Chips (Original or Garlic)

Mix ingredients well, cover and refrigerate. Best if refrigerated 6 hours. Use as a dip or spread on Pinahs Crunchy Bread Chips and serve.

 

   

 

         

CHEDDAR & SWISS ARTICHOKE SPREAD


1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 Cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Green Onions (chopped)
1-14 oz. Can Artichoke Hearts (drained)
1/4 Tsp. Lemon Pepper
2 7 oz. boxes Pinahs Crunchy Bread Chips (Original or Garlic)

Cut artichoke hearts in small pieces. Combine with rest of ingredients. Heat at 400° until bubbly. Serve hot as a dip with Pinahs Crunchy Bread Chips.
