All Pinahs products are certified as having been manufactured under the supervision of Kosher Overseers Associates of America, a division of The Orthodox Rabbinical Association, Inc.. Copies of the Certification Statement will be provided upon request.

Quality Assurance.
The Pinahs Company has a proactive Quality Assurance Program designed to ensure that all products meet or exceed the company's standards when it is shipped. Product specifications that are monitored include chip diameter and thickness, weight, moisture content, and breakage.

Technical Testing Services.
All in-house testing conducted in the Pinahs Company R&D and QA Lab is done at no charge to the customer. This testing includes the QA specifications mentioned above as well as salt content..

Product Formulation.
The Pinahs Company can custom-tailor our base products by seasoning to your specific requirements, and can custom design both flavoring and bread mixes to achieve almost any look, feel or taste you may desire..

Order Quantity and Lead Times.
Minimum order size is generally 500 pounds per line item. Shipping date is normally 7-10 days after receipt of the order.

Confidentiality.
Since our products are used in many of the leading snack mixes, and as a matter of routine business practices, The Pinahs Company holds in confidence the identity of all of our customers.

Payment Terms.
Prices quoted are FOB our plant in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 days.

Tax Exempt/Retail Sales Form.
The State of Wisconsin requires that The Pinahs Company have a completed Tax Exempt Form on file for every customer.
